It took a while, but we are finally opening a new cohort of our online course: Data and Feminicide: Theory and Practice. This time it will run in English.
This course aims to provide a space to deepen our understanding of data practices and technology in the struggle against feminicide. It begins by setting a solid theoretical basis (module 1) and gets hands-on in the second half (module 2). The format includes self-directed learning, online discussions, and conversatorios [panel talks], so it is pretty flexible.
You can find out more about the content at datoscontrafeminicidio.net/course.
The two four-week modules that make up the course will run between 17 November 2025 and 1 February 2026, with a break during the year-end holiday season. To help cover organisational costs and enable others to participate, the course has a sliding scale of fees and it is also possible to request a waiver.
We invite activists, technologists, public officials, journalists, civil society and academics to join. No technical experience is necessary, just bring commitment and feminist solidarity!
